Bombardix is the main character of this awesome game. The objective of the game is quite simple: to kill bosses on each world and to score as many points as many points as possible. You have to kill all monsters in the game field and find a door to complete the current level and proceed to the next one. Many different bonuses will help you on your way: Extra Life, Extra Bomb, Extra Explosion, Time-Fuse, Monster Freeze, Armageddon, etc.... 5 stars (Very compelling) - The authors' use of case studies and real-life examples makes this more than a textbook -- and much more readable than one. I found myself excited about reading each chapter. And I know I'll be looking up things in it in the future. My only quibble is that I found many copyediting errors that I hope the publisher will fix for future editions. 5 stars (go professor Gerrig!!!!) - I had the pleasure of taking intro psych with professor Gerrig (one of the authors),and surprise, this was the book we used. I found it to be a great resource;it is so jam packed with useful information about things that we encounter in life that i'd recommend buying this book even if you're not a psych student. 5 stars (Psychology and Life - One of the best "intro" books) - I have about 30 introductory psychology books on my shelf, and none is more dog-eared and appreciated than this latest edition by Zimbardo and Gerrig. The breadth of coverage is astonishing, and they do so without sacrificing depth - several of the chapters (such as the outstanding ones on sensation and perception) are rigorous enough even for a graduate course in cognition. The style is eminently readable and still manages to cover all the important points. This is one of the best selling textbooks in the field of psychology with a long history of satisfied students and instructors, and this is no accident. ... 5 stars (Good reminders of things companies tend to forget) - I thought this book did a great job of conveying its message. To the reviewer who said "The sophisticated executive will not get past the first chapter. Both my husband and I are in upper management and have returned this book", I think you need to give it a chance. I'm sure some of the executives at my company would say the same thing, but as a 20 year employee, I can see many lessons that they could learn from this simple book. Many execs have blinders on - the point of the book is to help remove them! 5 stars (INSIDE THE MOUSE'S HEAD) - INSIDE THE MAGIC KINGDOM is a terrific read just to have a look at how Disney does what it does with its company and theme parks from the standpoint of customer service. Incredible stuff. You won't believe what pains Disney takes to make us more comfortable and, of course, amenable to making a return trip or purchase. The real "magic" of this book are the applications that anyone can make of its principles to a customer service or to attention to detail that one intends to make in ones own life. Disney does not own the principles here and they can be learned and used by anyone who wants to improve his organization's (or personal) customer service strategy. THE HORSEMAN 5 stars (McDisney) - Inside the Magic Kingdom is a great book when read just to get information about why Disney does what it does with its company and theme parks from the standpoint of customer service. The real power, as I see it, of this book come from seeing that, like McDonalds, Disney has discovered how to apply a customer service attitude across all areas of their business operations. Moreover, these principles are not proprietary and can be learned and applied by anyone seeking to improve his or her company's (or personal) customer service strategy. Read the book and apply the lessons and don't get too hung up on the dialogue of things. ... 1 stars (Should have finished the game) - I wanted to really like this game with its mixture of wit, ribald humor and poking fun at computer games in general I thought it would be a great game. But, I found a bunch of problems instead. First it doesn't work with my video card resulting in a bizarre problem with the sound. No fix was placed on the web site. It does work with my labtop but work in the case of this game is a relative term. The game play is very clumbsy and this simply isn't fun at all. So I'm quite sorry to say I can't recommend this game even if you find it in the bargain bin. 3 stars (Occasionally funny/entertaining, some flaws) - The humor and the musical interactions within the game are first rate. It was almost like watching a play at times. The music was very entertaining. The twists in the game were entertaining and I played the game through to the end because I enjoyed it. I wanted to see what they'd do at the end. But there were quite a few flaws. The alleged "non-linear" aspect of the game is highly misleading. There are very few choices to undertake at all. You have to do A, to get to B, to get to C, etc. At least you need to do that to succeed. While you certainly could visit certain limited places almost immediately, you'd get killed mucho pronto if you did. With all the sparkly effects and in game rendering of cut-scenes, they would almost always slow to a crawl. While I'm sure the screaming cutting edge machines of the developers ran all those auras around the creatures nicely, my machine (which beats the recommended configuration) couldn't handle them, even with all video controls turned to the minimum. And at a certain point, nothing can stand in your way. Even the Bosses were a pushover. No real strategy was involved, except some minor tweaking of your party. And the "less A, more I" was not that accurate. My party frequently did very stupid things, and didn't follow orders hardly at all. Overall, it was entertainin...
