4 stars (6-Day Body Makeover) - This diet works! Preparing the food takes a bit of time but is well worth it 5 stars (IT WORKS!!!!!) - I followed the plan with some slight modifications (flavored water) and lost 7 pounds in 6 days! More importantly though was that I learned how to eat healthy and control my portion sizes! I have been sticking to the plan for 2 weeks now and feel the best I have felt in a long time. I even sleep better since I started this plan. The plan works!!!! I tried to eat some junky greasy food last night (yes I cheated) and it made me sick. I don't even want that type of food anymore! Try the plan you will be very glad you did! 5 stars (It works but it is hard) - This diet works but it is way difficult to stick to. It is especially difficult if you have kids. I bought this as a way to see if I wanted to by the 6-week body makeover. I decided not to and went back on Atkins to keep my weight loss going. If you are just starting a weight loss program, I recommend this as a good diet to jumpstart with, because it works fast, teaches you to incorporate more vegetables into your diet and to eat more times per day so that you aren't ever hungry. ...
