1 stars (Worst customer support on the planet!) - This software does not do everything it claims on the front of the box. Read the small print (Inside the box) and cross your fingers. Forget calling customer support. Even the supervisor will not return calls when promised. They really don't care about you at all! This is a very dodgy outfit. I wish or rather hope the people who run or own the company would find out what is happening in customer services and support. This really is the worst product and support level I have ever experienced in my life by such a long way. 1 stars (Use an iPod instead) - I was thinking of getting this product before I realized I could use my iPod to transfer files from PC to Mac. See http://www.apple.com/switch/howto/ipod/ for details. 1 stars (Markedly overpriced and trickily marketed) - Relatively simple untility that costs a lot. When I tried to move data from more than one of my home PCs I learned that I needed another license at a cost of $45 from Detto. This was not disclosed on the box, though they told me it was located in the license agreement you must agree to when you install the software -- which unfortunately wasn't available to me when I purchased the software. ...
